An Intermarine heavy lfit vessel, the Industrial Dream, easily stows underdeck three colums in excess of 60 meters long each, just before Christmas 2008. Loaded in Kuantan, Malaysia, the pieces were destined for a refinery project underway in Singapore for Shell. The columns weighed 180 MT, 149 MT, and 100 MT respectively. The Industrial Dream is one of Intermarine heavy lift vessels capable of handling lifts up to 500 metric tons with a hatch opening of 71 meters long. The FIG service offers regular from the Far East, as well as Southeast Asia to India and the Arabian Gulf countries.
